Do Follow Blog, Comment Luv and Keyword Luv
Want to increase the traffic to your site? My blog is running keyword luv, comment luv and top commenter.
So what does this have to do with increasing your traffic? If you add a comment to my site below, you will also be allowed to add a “backlink” to your site. All of the “so called” gurus of internet marketing know that quality backlinks to you site are critical to a high search engine rankings!
It’s a win-win situation!
Thanks in advance for providing your quality comments about my site and the topic of supplements and diet…
Please Be Aware…
All comments that lack “substance” (e.g., “great site”) will be summarily deleted! This of course will eliminate your valuable linking ability as well. All I ask is that you add to the original post and stay on topic. If you can do that, your comment will be approved!
We also use a plugin called NoFollow Free. If you are a subscriber to this site or a given post, NoFollow will be removed from your link(s) immediately. If you are not a subscriber, you will need to have at least two approved comments before your links become DoFollow.
Thanks Again.

It’s a good idea to use all these plugins. It’s a win win situation for both the parties. But I see many spam in blogs using KeywordLuv Plugin.

I agree. Spam can be an issue with Keywordluv. It’s fairly easy, however, if you moderate your comments, to control the amount of spam. Although this does get more difficult as your blogs get more popular!

These plugins help both the blogger and the commenters… it’s a win win situation. You do have to watch out for spam though!

You’re right. Spam is a concern. I use Askimet that helps some. I’m also contemplating adding a CAPTCHA. This two things mostly capture automated spam though. It takes a little more manual effort to eliminate live people who submit low quality or irrelevant comments though!

I enjoy using these plugins but it is true that spammers have taken advantage of them. I use Captcha on my blog and it helps greatly. I’m sure though that the bad guys will find a way to get around it too if they haven’t already!

You’re right Alvaro. Increased potential spam is the only drawback to using these plugins. Tools like CAPTCHA help, but you still need to manually check comments.
Thanks for stopping by!

I have to say myself I agree with Alvaro Hahl. I enjoy using these plugins but it is true that spammers have taken advantage of them. I use Captcha on my blog and it helps greatly. I’m sure though that the bad guys will find a way to get around it too if they haven’t already!

I haven’t yet come across a plugin that works 100%. Its sometimes amazing to see the number of spam comments left on my blog from the same person (going by IP Address) within a few minutes.
I do use Askimet which clears out most of the rubbish. I’ve never heard of Keyword Luv but, will have to check it out. Thanks.

I’d much rather have a blog with comments than one that looks dead with none! I think the editing of spam is worthwhile as people tend not to return to dead blogs and traffic suffers.

I love keyword luv it is a awesome tool to use, also other plugins that are good to check out are comment luv and top commentators widget. These are all great plugins to help get more backlinks to your site!

Alot of the blogs i see on the internet of full of spam. This is an intellegant way to get rid of this problem. This blog has helped me quite a bit with my confusion over which supplements to use.

Keywordluv is a great plugin. I am to the point where I will rarely leave a comment while surfing blogs unless Keywordluv is available. Thanks for the luv!

Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you’re spreading the luv with these plugins as well? I just might stop by and see…

Hey, did anyone hear the latest report about fish oil? I saw it on ABC news recently, where reports on these suppliments are pointing to high levels of PCB’s in the oil. Obviously because of pollution and how it ends up in the fish, there has been concerns. I thought this might actually be a great discussion and maybe address it on your blog? BTW, Brian Johnson rocks! HAHA Thanks for the Luv!
March 4th, 2010 at 4:56 pm
I saw that story on the dangers of fish oil supplements too! As you said, given the levels of pollution in the world, I can definitely see how this might happen. This is why I use supplements like fish oils, vitamins and minerals as little as poosible. Instead I focus on consuming organic, whole foods that are gronw locally. This way I know exactly what I’m getting!

I tend to agree with the last commentor (brdwlk) about minimizing on supplements and increasing on healthy foods. However, there are many who believe that what we could have and should have trusted as having the nutrients our bodies need, has since been depleted.
There are very many pros and cons on these issues but the bottom line is: none of us is meant to live forever so we should do whatever makes us feel healthy of body and mind, so long as it does not hurt other beings or the environement.

I must say it is one of the best articles on muscle building which I have come across till date. Thanks for sharing these detailed information on muscle building. Its a good suggestion to look for supplements which can provide both the energy for the most intense workouts and the perfect environment for our muscles to grow and recover from these intense workouts.

I’m a great believer in supplements to assist in many conditions, body building included. As I’m involved with diabetes supplements can assist greatly in diabetic neurotherapy. Some of these supplements include alpha lipoic acid and despite what some people say I can find no negative reports on alpha lipoic acid side effects.

Apparently there are still many things I did not know, your article is very good, I got a lot of additional knowledge of your article. Maybe at first I was a little confused about this, but after I read your article, I became a little understanding about the Comment Luv and Keyword Luv.
thanks for sharing…

Thanks for installing this great feature to your site and for using do-follow. I am going to enjoy reading your articles and posts as I am a fairly keen weight lifter. Definately need some advice on good supplements too.

My boyfriend and I are really big on working out and staying in shape. He uses muscle building supplements, which I am not very fond of. I have heard they can be dangerous and would rather him just build muscle the natural way. I have started reading up on these supplements in order to make my argument more valid. This article was very informative and made me realize that these muscle building supplements are not so bad after all. Thanks for the information! At least he isn’t using steroids, right?

Hey thanks for sharing this. It’s a good way to get quality comments, because the top commentator plugin really provides valuable backlinks. I have no idea why people are commenting stuff like “Hey I need to get back to exercising” on this post though…

Oh and the Keyword Luv plugin is great too, now I can finally put my real name instead of a keyword. I can get a valuable anchor text backlink AND put my name there that’s just great
Thanks also for clearly stating why you put this up and how it works, so everyone can make good use of it.

Thanks for adding these great plugins to your site! I’ve added them to my sites as well and have seen great results. They are a great way to bring people to your blog and benefit the posters at the same time so everyone wins! The only problem I’ve encounter is the occasional spammer. However, Askimet with WP has done a pretty good job of keeping them under control. Thumb’s up to the developers!
